Mikayla Victoria Mustard, 23 of Harrisburg, has been identified as the driver of a white Nissan Maxima that hit a 16-year-old boy believed to have been working along the side of the road on May 2, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department's updated release on Wednesday, May 8.
